Yes. For the food truck, we have a catering minimum of $700 for events Monday-Thursday, and a minimum of $1000 for weekend events, before tax and gratuity.
For events feeding up to 25 people, let us know at least a week prior and we should be able to make it happen! For events feeding 50 or more people, we require at least two weeks notice. If you're interested in booking the truck for larger events, we recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a date in mind, as our availability varies widely depending on the day and season.
Absolutely. We have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available upon request. Just let us know how many in your order.
Fire On High is typically booked 3-4 weeks out, so please be sure to contact us with ample time to schedule and book your event. Once we have discussed your event details, we will send you an invoice with your menu selection, event time, date, etc. and a deposit request. An event is not considered to be booked until Fire On High has recieved your deposit / booking fee and a signed contract (if applicable).
We supply all plate ware, utensils, napkins, condiments etc. that will be needed. If this is a delivery or pickup order, let us know what items you will need.
We will arrive 30-60 minutes prior to the scheduled serving time, depending on the number of people being served and the type of setup. This allows us enough time to get everything set and ready to serve. At the conclusion of the service it takes us approximately 30 minutes to clean up before our departure.
Most entrees and sides are fresh and cooked to order, so you may experience a slightly longer wait time. However, a typical order should take no more than 2-3 minutes to prepare
